Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

General Policy

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, purchased Packages are typically non-refundable and non-exchangeable, especially once the digital content (storyboard, podcast) has been made accessible to you, and/or a Towers reservation or ticket has been secured with the official operator on your behalf. Please take care to review your selections thoroughly before finalising your booking.

Cancellation or Unavailability by the Official Operator

Should the official operator cancel or materially restrict access to the Towers on your booked date — whether due to site closures, security concerns, industrial action, or force majeure events — we will make reasonable efforts to help you understand any refund or rescheduling options made available by the official operator. Additionally, if we receive a refund from the operator relating to your booking, we will pass that amount on to you, minus any irrecoverable costs or fees, in line with applicable law and the operator’s own policies. Any refund of the Package price will be limited to amounts recoverable from third parties and/or portions relating to services not yet rendered, subject to UAE law.

Cancellation by You / No-Show

If you choose to cancel your booking or fail to arrive at the Notre-Dame Towers access point at the designated time, you will generally not be entitled to a refund from REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC. Any exceptions — such as a partial refund for cancellations made well in advance of the booking being placed with the official operator — will be clearly communicated during the booking process or granted at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Operator Booking

Once a Towers reservation has been confirmed through the official operator, amendments to the date, time, or participant details may not be possible, or may be subject to the operator’s own change and cancellation policies. We cannot guarantee that modification requests will be accommodated, and any fees charged by the operator for such changes remain your responsibility.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. Where the service provided by REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC materially differs from its description or is found to be defective, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy as prescribed under applicable law.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is determined to be due, it will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within a reasonable timeframe as outlined in our communications, subject to the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.
