1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to notredametowers.com (the “Website”). This Website is owned and operated by REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the booking of digital experience packages (“Packages”) related to the NotreDame de Paris Towers and surroundings offered through the Website.
1.3. By accessing the Website, creating an account (if applicable), or purchasing a Package, you (“you”, “your”, “User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [https://notredametowers.com/privacy-policy/]. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.
1.4. These Terms are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Service Description
2.1. The Website provides an online platform for users to browse information about and purchase Packages related to the NotreDame de Paris Towers experience.
Each Package typically includes:
• a digital storyboard about the NotreDame Towers experience;
• an exclusive podcast; and
• a concierge service by which we arrange, on your behalf, the reservation of a ticket or access slot for the NotreDame de Paris Towers.
2.2. We do not operate the NotreDame de Paris site, the Towers or any part of the monument. Any physical access to the Towers is provided exclusively by the official French operators and authorities in charge of the site. Our role is limited to:
• providing digital content; and
• acting as a concierge on your behalf to help arrange an official ticket or reservation.

2.3. Nature of the Service (Transparency Notice).
REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC operates solely as a concierge and digital content service, acting strictly on behalf of clients.
• The Package price covers the value of our digital content (storyboard, podcast) and our concierge / organizational services (including support and coordination).
• Where we arrange a Towers ticket or reservation on your behalf, this is done through the official operator’s system.
• The ticket price is set by the official operator, not by us. The total amount you pay for the Package includes the official ticket price plus the value of our digital content and concierge services. The price difference between the official ticket price and the Package price is exclusively attributable to our digital content and organizational services.
• We do not claim to grant, sell, or resell any proprietary access right to the NotreDame de Paris Cathedral or its Towers. Physical admission remains under the exclusive control of the relevant French public authorities and operators.
2.4. Official Ticketing Disclaimer and Concierge Service Role
• Admission to the NotreDame de Paris Towers is managed exclusively by the official operators.
REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC acts solely as a concierge, facilitating the booking of an official Towers ticket or reserved access slot on your behalf, strictly as your agent. We do not sell or resell individual entry tickets in our own name.
All purchases made through our Website are purchases of Packages that include:
• digital content (storyboard, podcast); and
• organizational / concierge services, including the facilitation of a reservation with the official operator,
without constituting a direct sale of admission rights by REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC.

3.1. To purchase a Package, you must select the desired date, time slot or period (if applicable), and the number of participants or beneficiaries (if applicable).
3.2. You will be required to provide accurate and complete personal information for the booking, including the main customer’s name, email address, phone number, and payment details. For the concierge service to book a Towers ticket on your behalf, we may also require specific details required by the official operator (e.g., names, dates, preferred time slots).
3.3. By submitting a booking request and completing payment, you make an offer to purchase the selected Package under these Terms. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
3.4. A booking confirmation (“Booking Confirmation”) will be sent to your provided email address upon successful processing of your payment. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer and the formation of a contract. Please check this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
3.5. Where the Package includes concierge booking of a Towers ticket, your “Travel Documents” (as defined below) will specify:
• the operator booking reference and/or QR code as provided by the official operator, if and when successfully obtained;
• the date and time of the booked slot (if applicable); and
• any key conditions imposed by the operator (arrival time, security rules, access restrictions, etc.).

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All Package prices are listed on the Website in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and standard booking fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any additional transaction fees (if applicable) will be clearly indicated before you confirm your booking.
4.3. Package prices typically include:
• access to the digital storyboard and exclusive podcast; and
• our concierge and organizational services, including our assistance in booking an official NotreDame Towers ticket on your behalf as part of your purchased Package.
They do not include:
• transportation to and from Paris or the site;
• accommodation;
• personal expenses; or
• any additional services not expressly mentioned in the Package description.
4.4. Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the Website at the time of booking.
4.5. You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate.
4.6. We reserve the right to change Package prices at any time before a booking is confirmed. Once your Booking Confirmation is issued, the price is fixed for that particular booking, without prejudice to any corrections required in case of manifest error.
4.7. AntiFraud and Chargeback Management.
To protect Users and our services, REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC may conduct reasonable antifraud checks (including 3D Secure, payer identity verification, and matching payer/participant details). We may cancel and refund bookings where fraud is suspected or verification fails.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide evidence to our acquiring bank and card networks, including order details, serverlevel email delivery logs (acceptance timestamps), IP/device fingerprints, and—where applicable—records of digital content access and ticket booking confirmations.

5. Booking Confirmation, Digital Content and Travel Documents
5.1. Your Booking Confirmation and access details for the digital content (storyboard and podcast), as well as any Towers reservation or ticket details (together, the “Travel Documents”), will typically be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the booking process.
5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct and that your email settings allow receipt of emails from us. We are not responsible for confirmations or Travel Documents not received due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

5.3. For Packages including a NotreDame Towers reservation, you must present the official ticket, QR code or reservation information contained in your Travel Documents at the official access point at the date and time indicated by the official operator. Failure to do so may result in the operator denying you access, in which case no refund will be provided by us, except where required by applicable law.
5.4. Punctuality and Compliance with Official Rules.
You are solely responsible for complying with the meeting time, checkin time, and any other timing requirements communicated in your Travel Documents or by the official operator. Late arrival or failure to comply with instructions may lead to refusal of entry by the operator, with no refund from REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC.
5.5. Electronic Delivery and Proof of Delivery.
Travel Documents (including digital content access links, booking confirmations, and any ticket or QR codes) are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is deemed completed at the date and time the message is accepted by the recipient’s email server, as evidenced by our serverlevel SMTP delivery logs, which shall constitute proof of delivery.
You are responsible for:
• providing a correct and accessible email address; and
• ensuring receipt of our emails (including checking spam/junk folders).
If you have not received your Travel Documents within a reasonable time after payment, you must promptly contact our support team by email at [[email protected]]. Nonreceipt must be reported within 48 hours of booking or, for late purchases, before the scheduled time of your Towers slot.

6. Validity, Conduct and Restrictions
6.1. Each Package, and any associated NotreDame Towers reservation or ticket, is valid only for the specific date, time and conditions specified in your Travel Documents.
6.2. Bookings are personal and may not be resold.
6.3. You must comply with all rules and regulations of the NotreDame de Paris site and Towers as imposed by the official operator (including but not limited to security measures, dress code, prohibited items, photography restrictions, and behaviour requirements). We are not responsible for any decision by the operator to deny access, remove visitors, or otherwise enforce its rules.
6.4. Access to the Towers may involve stairs, narrow passages, heights, and crowds. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically capable of participating in the experience. Please check official operator information for details on physical requirements and restrictions (e.g., for children, persons with reduced mobility, or specific health conditions).
6.5. Access to certain areas of the NotreDame de Paris site or the Towers may be restricted due to restoration works, security measures, official regulations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC cannot guarantee any specific Tower itinerary or viewpoint.
6.6. Concierge Booking Mandate – NotreDame Towers.
By purchasing a Package that includes a Towers reservation, you expressly authorize us (REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC) to:
• use the personal data you provide to create a booking request in your name or on your behalf with the official operator;
• select among available time slots as close as reasonably possible to your indicated preferences (if the exact requested slot is not available); and
• accept, on your behalf, the official operator’s booking conditions necessary to finalize your Towers reservation.
This booking service is offered as part of your purchased Package at no additional charge. You acknowledge that the contract for physical access to the Towers is between you and the official operator, and remains subject to the operator’s terms and conditions.

7. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
7.1. General Policy.
Subject to UAE Consumer Protection Law, purchased Packages are generally nonrefundable and nonexchangeable, particularly once:
• the digital content (storyboard, podcast) has been made available; and/or

* a Towers reservation or ticket has been booked on your behalf with the official operator.
Please review your selection carefully before completing your booking.
7.2. Cancellation or Unavailability by the Official Operator.
If the official operator cancels access to the Towers or significantly restricts access on your booked date (for example due to site closure, security issues, strikes, or force majeure events), we will:
• make reasonable efforts to assist you in understanding any refund or rescheduling options offered by the official operator; and
• where we receive any refund from the operator in relation to your booking, pass such amount to you, less any irrecoverable costs or fees, in accordance with applicable law and the operator’s rules.
Any refund of the Package price will be limited to the portion that can be recovered from third parties and/or that relates to services not yet performed, subject to UAE law.
7.3. Cancellation by You / NoShow.
If you cancel your booking or fail to appear at the NotreDame Towers access point at the designated time (noshow), you will generally not be entitled to a refund from REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC. Any exceptions (e.g., partial refund for cancellation with significant advance notice before booking with the official operator) would be specified clearly during the booking process or granted at our sole discretion, unless required by law.
7.4. Changes to Operator Booking.
Once a Towers reservation has been made through the official operator, changes to date, time or participant details may be impossible or subject to the operator’s change and cancellation policies. We cannot guarantee that any requested changes will be accepted. Any fees applied by the operator for changes will be borne by you.
7.5. Consumer Rights.
Your statutory rights under the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are not affected by these Terms. If the service provided by REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC is fundamentally different from what was described or defective, you may have rights to a refund or remedy as prescribed by law.
7.6. Refund Processing.
Where refunds are due, they will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable timeframe as specified in our communication, subject to the processing times of banks and payment providers.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the Website and within the Packages, including but not limited to the storyboard, podcast, text, graphics, logos, images, audio content, and overall design, is owned by or licensed to REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, stream, share, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Website or its content (including digital content provided as part of a Package) for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
8.3. You are granted a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable licence to use the digital content strictly for your own private, noncommercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

9. User Conduct
9.1. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website.
9.2. You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
9.3. You must provide accurate and current information when requested during the booking process and must not impersonate any person or use a false name or identity.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Website and all Packages are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, errorfree, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Descriptions of the NotreDame Towers and surrounding experience (including views, access conditions, or timing) are indicative only and may vary according to the decisions of the official operator.
10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Website, the Packages, and your use of the concierge services and digital content.
10.3. Physical access to the NotreDame de Paris site and Towers inherently involves risks associated with stairs, heights, crowds, and site conditions. You acknowledge that you participate in any onsite experience at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring at or around the site, except where caused directly by our negligence or breach of duty, and subject to the limits permitted by UAE law.
10.4. Our total liability in connection with a Package purchased through the Website is limited to the price paid for that Package.
10.5. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website, your use of the digital content, or any issues with access to the Towers, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of UAE law (such as liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
10.6. We are not responsible for the rules, regulations, opening hours, access restrictions, strikes, security decisions, or any operational changes imposed by the official management of the NotreDame de Paris site or Towers.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of your personal information in connection with your use of the Website and the booking of Packages is described in our Privacy Policy [https://notredametowers.com/privacy-policy/].
11.2. Our Privacy Policy is intended to be compliant with the UAE Federal DecreeLaw No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). By using the Website, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Indemnification
12.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REDSEA PARTNERS FZ-LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
• your access to or use of the Website;
• your purchase or use of any Package (including use of digital content);
• any onsite conduct or failure to comply with the official operator’s rules at the NotreDame de Paris site or Towers; or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable laws or thirdparty rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
13.2. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through goodfaith negotiation.
13.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within ninety (90) days, the parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

14. Amendments to Terms
14.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website.

14.2. Your continued use of the Website or purchase of Packages after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability
15.1. If any provision of these Terms is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
